Pay the agreed website build price upfront.
12 months of essential maintenance included from launch, with no separate essential maintenance fee.
Includes routine updates, backups and reasonable security checks; new features, major redesigns, domain and hosting fees are extra unless quoted.
After 12 months, maintenance is optional and quoted separately.

Early exit / buyback: if you choose to end the arrangement within the first 12 months, a voluntary website buyback may be available under a signed agreement. The illustrative refund is the agreed eligible amount less £30–£50 per completed month for maintenance already provided, and any clearly agreed, non-refundable third-party costs. The actual monthly figure, eligible amount and ownership transfer must be confirmed before payment. A completed outright purchase does not automatically let us reclaim your website.

WEBSITE AS A SERVICE

Managed monthly website rental

£50–£100 /month

Pay one month upfront (£50–£100 depending on your plan), credited towards month one; any separate setup fee is disclosed in your quote.
From £50/month for a simpler website; up to £100/month for websites requiring more regular support.
Website setup, hosting, updates, support and any usage limits are clearly itemised in your quotation.
Your monthly price, minimum term, cancellation rules and any annual price changes are confirmed in writing before you sign up.

Under this model Hakeem Tech retains ownership of its website design/code and grants access while the service is active, subject to your written agreement. Your business content, customer data and domain ownership are addressed separately. On cancellation, we arrange an agreed offboarding and data export; no automatic claim over your business data or domain.

Example of an optional early-exit buyback

For a £795 upfront website with an agreed £40 maintenance allowance per completed month, exiting after 6 completed months would give an illustrative £555 refund (£795 − 6 × £40), assuming no other agreed deductions. This applies only where a buyback was included in the signed contract; it is not a standard right to return a purchased website.

Do I need to pay everything upfront?

No. You can ask for a managed monthly website from £50/month, subject to the agreed scope, minimum term and written quotation. An outright purchase is also available.

What does the first year of maintenance cover?

For upfront website packages, essential maintenance includes routine updates, reasonable security checks and backups for 12 months from launch. New features, redesigns, hosting, domain renewals and paid third-party tools are separate unless your quote says otherwise.

Can I keep my domain and business data?

Yes. Domain ownership, business content, customer data and any handover obligations are documented in your agreement. A rental plan does not transfer ownership of your business data to Hakeem Tech.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. Start with a simple website and request a separately quoted upgrade for online bookings, product management, databases or other business tools when you need them.

How do I choose the right package?

Tell us what your business does, what customers need to do on your site and your preferred budget. We will recommend an appropriately sized package and provide a no-obligation quote.
